2 Bedroom / 2 bath Unit $170 - $215
Up to 6 people

1 Bedroom Unit $140 - $205
Up to 4 people

Studio Unit $110 - $175
Up to 4 people but only recommended for 2

• Rates are per night plus 11% State and County tax
• Variance in rates determined by season
• Most units are ocean view, direct ocean front is $20 plus tax additional, per night
• One nights rental deposit is required to hold reservation. Deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival
• Credit card imprint required at check in.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have valid photo i.d. and matching credit card to check in
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m., Check out is 11:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced
• Minimum stay may be required during certain seasons
• No Pets !!! $250 fine and the pet must be relocated
• There are no, non-smoking rooms available
• Lighthouse Cove is a timeshare resort. Weeks run Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Reservations that span across a weekend may require moving to a different unit
